Services include crafting workshops, and creative process instruction & project planning.

Creative Empowerment Services provide an opportunity for Relaxation and Socializing through direct & indirect experiences with the Creative Process, and exploration of crafting and creative mediums.

We all have the capacity to be creative and experience the Bliss of Creative Engagement. 

Accepting and owning the label of 'Creative' (or Artist) all depends on the form and application of the creative process and one's ability to free theirSelf, experientially from the layers of Self-judgement and limiting belief patterns.

Creative Empowerment includes Expressive Arts based workshops & wellness tools, to help you tap into your creative side.  You will experience Personal Transformation by learning  how to quiet your mind & be more present, through letting go of negative Self-thought, while reinforcing the joy and satisfaction in the creative process.

As a result you will be creating and reinforcing positive & healthy patterns. 

Creative Wellness services are also a great activity for Team Building Events, Celebrations, and for having an event to get together with friends old & new.
